Hi there! I’m Willow, I was 4 on Christmas Eve. I first came into care because my previous owner couldn’t give me enough time with work and a little one at home. I have had a few short stays in a couple of other homes but they didn't work out and unfortunately in the last one the man took a bag out of my mouth that had treats in it and because i got frustrated i snapped at him, but maybe a little too hard as my tooth punctured his skin.

I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give me a moment and I soon warm up. I’m housetrained, happy to be left alone, and I travel well. I love playing ball and get along with other dogs. When I’m out walking, I can get a bit excited around traffic, but I’m learning!

I’m looking for a patient, loving home where I can feel safe and enjoy lots of fuss, fun and games.

Milo is an 8 month old entire collie he originally came into our care from another rescue he was of 3 pups. He then spent 4 months in a home but the owners didn't feel their environment was right for him as they had another dog and chickens.

Milo is easily worried/aroused by some sounds and some visual triggers such as dogs barking, birds on the ground and his own reflection. He then finds it difficult to settle down again.

Milo requires a quiet home and environment and would be better as an only pet.

He is housetrained, crate trained, responds to basic commands and travels well. His behaviour around other dogs is variable as he does get easily overwhelmed. He has only been left alone odd hours so this will need to be built up over time.

Hello, I’m Bobby! I’m a 5-year-old tri-coloured collie with a smooth coat. I came into care because my previous owner couldn’t give me enough time due to work. I had a 7-week stay with another family, but it didn’t quite work out as I got a bit defensive with the lady of the house when she tried to correct me but when dad was around i felt much happier around her.

I’m a friendly guy when meeting people, I am housetrained, happy to be left alone for a few hours, and I travel well. I can be a little unsure around other dogs at first and often bark but once introduced correctly i rather enjoy their company. I do have a bit of a chase instinct when it comes to cats.

I’m looking for a patient and understanding family who can help me feel confident and loved.

Hello, I’m Bayley!

I’m a 5-year-old neutered Collie Cross, and I’ve had quite the journey. I originally came to the rescue because my humans weren't feeling well enough to look after me. I've spent a very short time in two further homes, but I got worried around new people and did growl and snap.

I can be a bit unsure when meeting strangers, so I’ll need someone patient who can let me come to them in my own time but once I'm confident you're not a threat i will be your best friend. I do best in a calm home without lots of visitors or young children, where I can feel safe and relaxed.

The good news? I’m housetrained, I know some basic commands, I love playing with toys, I travel well, and I sleep peacefully through the night. I tend to avoid other dogs, though I might react if they react to me first, and I’m a little nervous around traffic and loud noises — so slow and steady wins the day with me!

If you’re willing to give me time, patience, and lots of gentle reassurance, I’d love to show you what a loyal and loving companion I can be. I might need you to visit me more than once so I can really get to know you before you take me home.

Charlie is a 2yr old neutered collie cross. Before coming to us he spent his life living on a small holding in a secluded setting amongst several other dogs.

Charlie has no real life experience of the world outside of where he lived and had never been on a lead. It took us several weeks to gain his trust enabling us to then gently handle him, since then he has made good progress and now happily greets and interacts well with staff. He will happily go out for walk and spends time playing with dogs that he has built a relationship with.

He requires a quiet home environment and an owner that understands his needs and is willing to give him all the time and patience he requires.

Hi, I’m Pumpkin!

I’m a 5-year-old tri-coloured short-coated Collie cross. I was found tied to a fence, and since then I’ve been enjoying life and gaining confidence with all the lovely humans here!

I’m friendly with everyone and, even though I can be a little shy at the vet, I’ve been a very good girl. I’d be happiest in a home with kids over 8 who can give me gentle pats and lots of love. I’m clean, I travel well in the car, and I love exploring new places.

I do have a little “chase-the-cat” streak, and i do tend to "stalk" other dogs and sometimes have been know to give a quick snap.

Olive is an 18 month old Border Collie Cross. She was rescued from her home after a neighbour witnessed the male owner abusing her, he is now being prosecuted. She has been in kennels since December 2025.

Understandably, Olive is worried meeting new people and can alarm bark. She will need an owner that understands her traumatic past and will have the patience to help her gain her confidence and offer her the love she deserves. She would be better suited to a quiet home without young children.

She plays with toys and responds to basic commands
