Hi, I’m Pumpkin!

I’m a 5-year-old tri-coloured short-coated Collie cross. I was found tied to a fence, and since then I’ve been enjoying life and gaining confidence with all the lovely humans here!

I’m friendly with everyone and, even though I can be a little shy at the vet, I’ve been a very good girl. I’d be happiest in a home with kids over 8 who can give me gentle pats and lots of love. I’m clean, I travel well in the car, and I love exploring new places.

I do have a little “chase-the-cat” streak, and i do tend to "stalk" other dogs and sometimes have been know to give a quick snap.

Could you be the one to let me join your adventures and share lots of cuddles?

Asta is a 3 year old entire black and white short coated Collie Cross Kelpi. She came into our care as her owner had to relocate and was living in a flat and working full time meaning Asta was being left alone all day.

Asta can be worried meeting new people and being closely handled. She will need an owner who is willing to be hands off in the early days and give her time to trust someone. Asta is house trained, is good when left alone, loves to play ball, responds to basic commands, travels well and is good meeting other dogs. She would be better suited to a home without children.

Tipsy is a 3yr old collie cross. She came into our care via a rescue in Ireland after being rescued from a council pound. We are told she doesn't like being confined to a crate.

She is a friendly girl and has been fine with staff, volunteers and work experience students handling her so should be fine to live with children. She interacts well with other dogs

Eva is a 3yr old neutered collie. She came into our care as both her owners passed away and there was nobody else to care for her.

She is a little when first meeting strangers and has been used to a quiet home so would benefit from the same again.

Eva is housetrained, responds to basic commands and just tends to ignore other dogs out on a walk.

She has only been left alone for odd hours and isn't really used to travelling.

Red is a 7 month old collie she came into our care due to the ill health of her owner, they had only had her for 2 weeks from a private home.

She is a confident friendly girl and should be suitable to live with children. She is housetrained and crate trained, responds to basic commands and is fine meeting other dogs out on a walk.

She isn't really used to being left alone and does salivate when travelling so both these areas will require a little work.

Peg is a 5yr old black and white short coated collie. She came into our care as the farmer took her to the vets to be euthanized as she wasn't good around the lambs.

She spent overnight at the vets house and was clean and settled and was good travelling in her car.

Peg seems to be a friendly girl and should be suitable to live with children over 8yrs old. She may take a little time to settle into a home environment as we think she has always lived outdoors. She will need introducing to new experiences gradually so she learn to enjoy new adventures.
