Hi, I’m Roxy! I’m a 3-year-old Border Collie with a heart full of love, just waiting for the right person to help me show it. I can be a little unsure when meeting new people and nervous about being handled, so I need someone patient who understands that trust takes time.
I’m happiest in calm, quiet surroundings and would do best in an adult-only home with no other pets. I enjoy my walks and don’t mind passing other dogs, but at home, I like to have your attention all to myself. Once I trust you, I’m affectionate, gentle, and love cuddles—I really am a one-of-a-kind companion.
I’m looking for someone special who will give me the space, patience, and love I need to truly shine.

Alexia is a 14 month old Tri coloured Collie x GSD. She came into our care from a rescue in Ireland, we are told she has recently had a litter of pups.
Alexia is a friendly girl but can be a little shy when she firsts meets new people so would be better suited to a quieter home without young children. She can be a little unsure meeting other dogs and does chase cats.
Since being in our care she has been clean, calm and quiet in our kennels and she walks well on a lead.

Pumpkin is a 5yr old tri coloured short coated collie cross she was found tethered to a fence and was never reclaimed.
She has been friendly towards all kennel staff and although a little shy being handled by the vet coped very well. She should be suitable to live with children over 8yrs old. She is clean in her kennel and has been fine travelling in a vehicle.
She does chase cats and is a little worried by other dogs so will need to be an only pet

Jessie is 2yr old black and white medium coated entire collie. She came into our care via another rescue.
She has lived in a home in a remote area but due to a change in circumstances her owners handed her back to the rescue they had her from when she was a pup.
Due to the area she lived Jessie has very little experience of being in a built up areas with traffic, people etc so will require gradual introductions to new environments/experiences
Jessie is worried when first meeting people but given time soon makes friends. She is also worried when meeting other dogs and will often bare her teeth when other dogs approach her.

Holly is a 2yr old collie. She came into our care after being found as a stray.
She is a calm, gentle girl who likes to approach you in her own time and will then rest her head on your lap and give her tail a little wag. She would be better suited with older children that wont run around and startle her.
Holly is unsure about walking through door ways and requires gradual introductions to new environments.
She is good meeting other dogs out on a walk.

Mindy is a 10 month old collie she came into our care from another rescue, she was relinquished to them by her owner but we don't have any information as to why or what she was like in the home.
She is a friendly girl and should be suitable to live with children over 6 years old. She is good around other dogs.

Lucky is a 15 month old collie she was handed into another rescue by her owner but we don't know why.
She is a little worried if people approached her and may sometimes bark but if you allow her to approach in her own time she is fine. Because she can be unsure of people we wouldn't house her to live with young children. She is good meeting other dogs.

she is only a small dog and is possibly cross with a spaniel.
She is shy meeting new people and would benefit from a quiet home environment without young children that may worry her. She is good with other dogs.

Bailey is a 3 year old neutered Tri Border Collie Cross. She weighs 30kg and is large in size. She came into our care from her own home with another dog (Harvey - a male) due the ill health of their owner.
Bailey is a friendly, confident girl. She has met children as young as 2 yrs in the home and been fine so should be suitable to live with young children.
She is housetrained, responds to basic commands and travels well.
She has only been left for short periods of time so this will need to be built up as initially she can bark/howl.
She can be worried by thunder and fireworks.
Although she has lived alongside another dog she can bark at others she doesn't know. She has lived with a cat.
WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HOME BAILEY AND HARVEY TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY.
