Jessie is a 2yr old black and white medium coated entire collie. She originally came into our care via another rescue. She had lived in a home in a remote area of Ireland but due to a change in circumstances her owners returned her to the rescue they had her from when she was a pup.

Jessie then spent 2 months in another home but due to a sudden change in circumstances just 5 days after having her she was exposed to many new experiences and environments in a very short space of time which she struggled with and as a result snapped at different people out in the street and also at visitors to the home.

Jessie has lived a sheltered life and isn't used to being around traffic, other dogs or people so requires a quiet home with someone that can give her the time she requires to adapt to a new life

Jessie can get worried when first meeting people especially when people reach their hands out. She is also worried when meeting other dogs so would struggle in a home with others.

Jessie will require more than one visit.

She came into our care via another rescue, she was originally found as a stray and spent several weeks in a foster home alongside other dogs.

She is very shy so would be better in a quiet home without young children and would possibly benefit from being with another dog.

She has come from a rural location so isn't used to being walked in busy built areas, so this will need to built up overtime. She is settled and clean in kennels.

Hi, I’m Pumpkin!

I’m a 5-year-old tri-coloured short-coated Collie cross. I was found tied to a fence, and since then I’ve been enjoying life and gaining confidence with all the lovely humans here!

I’m friendly with everyone and, even though I can be a little shy at the vet, I’ve been a very good girl. I’d be happiest in a home with kids over 8 who can give me gentle pats and lots of love. I’m clean, I travel well in the car, and I love exploring new places.

I do have a little “chase-the-cat” streak, and i do tend to "stalk" other dogs and sometimes have been know to give a quick snap.

Could you be the one to let me join your adventures and share lots of cuddles?

Lovie is a 5 year old entire red tri short coated collie. She was a much loved pet but her owner didn't feel she had enough time for her due to having three children under 5yrs old.

She is a friendly girl and is suitable to live with children. She is housetrained, is good when left alone, travels well, responds to basic commands and has lived with 3 cats.

Although Lovie has lived with two small dogs she does sometimes bear her teeth to others and prefers her own space so would be better as an only dog in the home.

Sprint is a 5yr old collie she has spent her life being passed from various farms via sales at a cattle market.

She is very shy and under socialised but given time will make a good companion. She has no idea what it is like to have a stable home with people that want to show her love.

She requires a quiet home and someone that is willing to allow her time to settle and gain confidence and trust in people.

Sprint is good with other dogs and may benefit from living with others. She is very quiet and clean in kennels and is just learning to walk on a lead.
